    • Numerous techniques may be used to assist with an increase in self awareness, self belief and motivation. These techniques may also be used to address the underlying cause of any adverse symptoms.
       

  • LIFESTYLE

    • Lifestyle principles such as sleep, water consumption and day-to-day stress management will be advised based on the individuals’ goals.
       

  • NUTRITION

    • Advice is tailored to the individual based on their metabolic type and other lifestyle factors.
       

  • EXERCISE

    • An individualised assessment of the person will allow for stretches, exercises and mobilisations to be recommended based on an individuals’ requirements. Exercises can then be prescribed and sent through using a specialised software program.
       

  • LABORATORY TESTING

    • Laboratory tests may be ordered to further understand the root cause of what may be causing any dysfunction. Upon receiving these results, lifestyle adjustments and targeted supplementation may be advised. Beneficial laboratory tests may include:

      • Heavy Metal Toxicity Tests

      • DNA Comprehensive Health Report
